We are a mobile Spa Party Company where we bring
the SPA to YOU.

Our services can be held in or outside your home or
place of event.

Get ready for the ultimate spa indulgence party! This party is
especially designed for girls 6 and up. The perfect pampering
party for birthdays, hotel parties, girl’s night in, slumber parties,
pool parties, and special celebrations or just for fun!
Sit back and relax and let us do it all for you!

Every girl loves to be pampered and your guest of honor will definitely feel extra special! Upon arrival, party-goers will put on one of our spa robes, headbands and flip flops to prepare for their fun and relaxing spa treatments. Each guest will stop by at each station for their manicure, pedicure and mini-facial and between treatments and giggles guests can mingle, enjoy snacks and relax. Our Spa Parties are fabulous celebrations. These unique events create unforgettable memories for the guest of honor, all of her friends and for Mom & Dad!

All packages include phone consultation for party planning, full party
coordination (including set up/clean up), a Party Director and an Assistant.

$375.00 per package: Package includes service for up to 10 kids.
($12 for each additional person. A maximum of 14 people).

The Spa Treatment ONLY package does NOT include:
party favors, balloons or any food service.

$250.00 per package: Package includes service for up to 10 people.
($8 for each additional person. A maximum of 12 people).

Reservation Policies

A 25% deposit is required to make a party reservation. There is a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 14 participants per party. For parties over 10 people an additional Party Assistant is necessary and a $50 charge will be added to your bill.

Payment

We accept cash, credit card, check or money order for deposits only.
The final balance is due in cash the day of the event. However if you
would like to use your credit card you can pay the final balance 2 days
in advance of the scheduled party via paypal (please notice Dulce prior).

Changes to a party package (as in number of guests) must be
made 48 hours in advance. Due to the nature of our business, if you
must cancel your party for any reason but do not notify us within 24
hours the 25% deposit will not be refunded.

Party Set-Up

Your Party Director will arrive one hour before the start of an event in order
to set-up. Please provide a safe and clean area for dress-up, activities and eating.
Please have these areas clear of any valuables or unnecessary items
that may come in the way of your guests (such as vases or toys). A separate
table or floor area will be needed for crafts/games as well as electrical outlets
for music/equipment in the party room. Your dining room table should be
cleared as well so the table can be set efficiently. We can also provide an
extra table if you should need one at a minimal rental charge of $15.00
(please make sure to request if needed).

We ask that you remain on the premise during the party.

Parents of guests are always welcome to stay and enjoy the fun but we
recommend a separate area for your guests, so noise can be kept at a
minimum. Please note that the party packages cover only the planned guests.
Siblings of guests are welcome to stay with proper parental supervision.
The party host is not able to watch small children during the party and many
of our accessories consist of small parts that are not safe for younger siblings.

Travel
We will travel up to 30 miles one way for events. Travel past our 30 mile
radius will have an additional $30 dollar trip charge and $60 if crossing
bordering states.

Liability
DUCLE Spa Parties assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or
damages caused during your party. Your party host will work to ensure that
your home and guests are treated with utmost care. DULCE Spa Parties
is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes or
consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party.
It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests' parent or guardian
to inform the client of any dietary restrictions.
